Microsoft bid Yahoo for $44.6 billion....if you keep reading on, you'll know why Microsoft insisting on buying Yahoo..
-that is because the current search traffic is dominated by Google, hence by buying on Yahoo, Microsoft and Yahoo traffic which account less than 30% of Google currently can get another portion of the traffic deal after few month to come as Yahoo and Mr. Softy will be combined will command another half.
