Unfilled warranty card.
According to 85% of the retail salesman at dealer around kl, leave the unfill warranty card is to pro-long your warranty period by 2 or 3 year and i kinda doubt with their statement given to me...
Why would i disagree with their statement?
This is because the warranty is valid only to the original purchaser. Unfilled warranty card nowsday makes no more difference as the database in the manufacturers' system will be notified automatically by dealers as they usually get their stock in bulk like 50 or 100 unit above. Meanwhiles did you all noticed that when they chop your warranty card they will tear up either middle or last page of the warranty card that is specially for the dealer. Those tear up pages usually will be send back to their HQ and later to be send back to manufacture.
Beside that nowadays when sending in for repair etc, the manufacturer concerned might need the owner to bring along the receipt for verification purpose. Mainly to verify the date of purchase..
